Meet Bethany Kroesing, MS, LPCC

You’re already stronger than you think you are.

Remember a time when anxiety and self-doubt weren’t the norm? Those days feel like a distant memory.

Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?

You’re in the right place.

I’m Bethany, and I help people just like you. The ones that have it in them to heal from the past so they can thrive today.

I help my clients find confidence, happiness, and fulfillment by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves. I understand that your story is unique, so every step we take together is with your ideal end goal in mind. Many of today’s solutions for trauma and anxiety can feel intimidating or out of reach. The truth is, it doesn’t have to be that way. I have advanced training in a technique called Accelerated Resolution Therapy. This type of therapy helps people feel better faster and is much more gentle than traditional talk therapy alone.

My style

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of therapy success.

First, we will focus on getting to know you - I want to share your successes and sorrows and learn about what healing means to you. Creating a safe and trusting environment is paramount to feeling better. I’m here to walk through this journey with you.

At a pace that feels right to you, we will explore the ways stressors of the past seep into your present. Perhaps it is tangled somewhere within high-achieving or people-pleasing tendencies. For some, it’s layered with guilt, difficulty advocating for yourself, and coping with substances. Maybe your sleep is restless and filled with nightmares. Regardless of how anxiety or trauma shows up in your life, I can help you find relief. Through our work together, you will be equipped with the skills and confidence to free yourself from the limits you’ve come to believe are true.

As a White and cisgender therapist, it is essential for me to always have a deep commitment to social justice and diversity awareness. I understand that your experiences are shaped by various cultural, social, and systemic factors. I am here to honor, respect, and understand those aspects of your identity. By recognizing the complexities of privilege and power, we can navigate your journey in a way that is geared toward inclusivity and equity. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued.

I am dedicated to helping people feel inner peace.

My training in trauma and anxiety means that I have the expertise you need and deserve to heal from the past and live today to the fullest. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who truly understands. In a world where it’s often easier to pretend that everything’s okay instead of letting others see the vulnerable parts of you, my goal is to provide a space where you can be authentically you.

My approach is grounded in the belief that in many ways I am just like you. Another human filled with hope, curiosity, and goals to better myself one day at a time. I know that our world is filled with uncertainty, which is why I have devoted my career to helping people break free from the weight that holds them down. You don’t have to carry it by yourself anymore. When we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
